Service Level
Agreements
In our experience, the vast majority of service level agreements
are not structured correctly to deal with the fluid subject of fleet
services.
We must remember that service level agreements must contain key
attributes: -
They must be attainable
They must address all stakeholder needs
They must be cost effective
They must be monitored
They must be measurable
They must be agreed by all parties
SLA’s also need to incorporate everything from the Scope of
Services, through performance tracking to compensation and reward,
thus they need to be thoroughly considered.
At Fleetworx, we have created a structure that contains all of the
static and fluid components that we believe is best practice, however,
each SLA will be different in content simply because your supplier
landscape and scope of services, combined with your internal structure
and needs will be unique.
We help you fit your service components within the disciplined structure
of the SLA in order that you have a document and review process
that really works for you.
