This is where Fleetworx get to work with your new fleet suppliers, and engage the stakeholders in your business, in order to facilitate the transition. Our role is to work with you to ensure that the services are fully integrated into your business, and communication channels opened with all parties.

With this comes the need to document processes, understand critical quality issues, and to create service level agreements around those. These will include measured service quality levels and reporting schedules to involve all key stakeholder groups within the business.

At this point we also help implement cost tracking systems in order that the competitive edge on which a tender has been won remains consistent, through and beyond the ‘honeymoon period’.

This is an often underplayed, but nevertheless vital activity in securing the fruits of previous labours.
